→The firm / Lytoria

A firm that stays accountablefor what it deploys.

Lytoria designs, deploys and operates information systems for established SMEs, mid-market companies and group subsidiaries, in Morocco and France.

Our positioning

Between the lone supplier and the large firm.

The Moroccan information systems market is split between two extremes. On one side, isolated suppliers who deploy quickly and cheaply but cannot commit to operations, and whose departure leaves the company with no recourse. On the other, international firms whose methods are sound but whose economics assume programmes worth several million dirhams, out of reach for most companies in the country.

We built ourselves in that middle ground, on a simple principle: apply the methods of a serious integrator — billed scoping, documented design, data migration treated as a phase, written service commitments, contractual reversibility — to projects sized for companies of 50 to 500 employees.

We accept the limits of that position. We are not sized for a transformation programme mobilising dozens of consultants, and we say so rather than overcommit. In return, on the projects we do accept, the consultants who scope are the ones who deliver, and whoever delivers is whoever will operate.

01—Our commitments

Four commitments we put in the contract

These are not values on a wall. They are clauses, and they are enforceable.

01

Reversibility

Source code, design documentation, operating documentation and infrastructure access belong to you and are handed over as the project goes. You can change supplier without interrupting operations. We consider that to be the only serious guarantee of the quality of our work.

02

Team continuity

The people who run scoping are named in the contract and stay assigned to delivery. We do not practise team substitution after signature, which is one of the main causes of deterioration in our industry.

03

Candour at scoping

If your project is not ready, if the requested scope is oversized, or if a solution other than ours is a better fit, we say so before any commitment. Scoping can conclude that nothing should be done — that is an acceptable conclusion.

04

Bespoke, not off-the-shelf

We have no product to place. The choice of solution and the level of custom development are decided from your business requirement, and every decision is documented. Since we often operate the system afterwards, we have no interest in building anything more complicated than it needs to be.

How we work

A short chain, from decision to run.

Our engagements begin with billed scoping and a deliverable. They continue with functional design signed off by your business owners, delivery demonstrated in iterations, contractually controlled data migration, acceptance testing run by your users, then a supported go-live. They rarely end: most continue into operations.

We work in French and English, on site and remotely, with a deliberate preference for physical presence during scoping and acceptance — those are the moments when you learn what the documents do not say.
