Expertise / ERP
Odoo deployed to last.
An ERP is not software you install, it is a way of organising the company. We deploy Odoo as an organisational project with a technical component — not the other way round.
On a single core, Odoo covers what most companies of 50 to 500 employees currently run across five tools that do not talk to each other: quotes and orders, invoicing and accounting, purchasing and replenishment, inventory and logistics, manufacturing, and human resources. The value is not the functional footprint in itself — it is no longer having to reconcile data that diverges.
Odoo is not an end in itself: it is a core we shape around your organisation. We configure what can be configured, we build what has to be built, and we document every decision — because a custom module has to be maintained for years, and we are usually the ones who will maintain it. That alignment of interests is your guarantee that bespoke work serves your business rather than our invoicing.
What we do.
- 01Initial deployment: functional design, configuration, data migration, go-live
- 02Version migration, including on heavily customised estates
- 03Development of custom modules, documented and tested
- 04Interfacing with existing systems: banking, e-commerce, EDI, payroll, business tools
- 05Taking over Odoo estates deployed by a third party and left unmaintained
What you receive.
- Functional design document signed off by your business owners
- Separate environments — development, acceptance, production — and deployment scripts
- Migrated dataset, checked and contractually validated before go-live
- Operating documentation and role-based operating procedures
This probably applies if.
Your accounting is re-keyed from your sales management system.
You are stuck on an old Odoo version because migration feels too risky.
Your previous integrator delivered and vanished, and nobody knows how the system is configured.
