Expertise / Managed services

Run, treated as a commitment.

An information system is judged over time, not at acceptance. We take on operations and enhancements with written — and verifiable — service commitments.

Maintenance is the phase where most supplier relationships deteriorate: response times stretch, contacts change, enhancements are billed case by case with no visibility. We structure run differently: a defined scope, a single point of contact, committed response and restoration times by severity level, and an enhancement budget planned in advance.

We also take over estates we did not build, including poorly documented ones. That always starts with a takeover audit: we do not commit to service levels before knowing the real state of the system. That audit may conclude that remediation work is needed first, and we price it separately rather than hiding it inside a subscription.

What we do.

  • 01Application and infrastructure monitoring, with alerting and on-call per contract
  • 02Corrective maintenance with committed response times by severity level
  • 03Evolutive maintenance: planned budget, prioritised in steering committee
  • 04Security updates, version upgrades and tested backups
  • 05Takeover audit and remediation of existing estates

What you receive.

  • Service agreement: scope, severity levels, committed times, coverage hours
  • Single reporting channel and end-to-end request tracking
  • Periodic reporting: incidents, times met, budget consumption
  • Regular steering committee and a shared enhancement roadmap

This probably applies if.

1

You have no written commitment on restoration time for your critical applications.

2

Your backups exist but have never been tested by an actual restore.

3

Only one person, internally or at a supplier, knows how to bring the system back up.
