Expertise / CRM

A CRM your sales team actually uses.

CRM projects do not fail for technical reasons: they fail because salespeople are asked to enter data from which they see no return. We design CRM the other way round.

A CRM that is not populated is worthless, and it is only populated if entering data saves time for the person entering it. So we start from the tasks your salespeople hate — reconstructing a history, redoing a quote, remembering a follow-up, chasing the status of an order — and we make the CRM the place that spares them. Management's reporting benefit comes afterwards, as a consequence, not as the starting point.

The second condition is integration. A CRM disconnected from invoicing and inventory produces promises the company cannot keep. We systematically link the commercial cycle to the management system, so that a quote rests on real availability and a follow-up accounts for payments received.

What we do.

  • 01Design of the commercial cycle: stages, qualification criteria, responsibilities
  • 02CRM deployment and migration of the existing customer history
  • 03Automation of quotes, follow-ups and outbound sequences
  • 04After-sales: tickets, response commitments, complaint tracking
  • 05Sales reporting: forecasting, stage conversion rates, loss analysis

What you receive.

  • Formalised and configured commercial cycle, with assignment rules
  • Customer base migrated, de-duplicated and enriched
  • Working quote templates and follow-up sequences
  • Management dashboards and training for the sales teams

This probably applies if.

1

Your sales forecast rests on a file updated the night before the management meeting.

2

When a salesperson leaves, the knowledge of their accounts leaves with them.

3

You have already deployed a CRM that nobody populates.
