Work on systems that matter.

Here, the same person scopes, designs, delivers and operates. It is demanding, and that is exactly why the work is interesting.

01—What we offer

What changes compared with a large firm

You see the whole cycle

From the first scoping workshop through to production operations. You do not inherit a specification written by someone else, and you do not hand over before go-live.

You talk to decision-makers

Our counterparts are chief executives and business directors. You are in direct contact with the people who own the problem, not with an intermediate project manager.

You operate what you build

It is the best engineering school there is. When you are on call for your own code, you write differently — and that is precisely the quality we look for.

Decisions are explained

You will know why a customisation was accepted or refused, why a scope was cut, why a deal was declined. Decisions are made within earshot.

Open roles

Current vacancies.

No roles advertised at present

We do nonetheless consider speculative applications against the profiles above. Write to us describing an engagement you are proud of and what you decided on it.

02—Profiles we look for

The skills we are always interested in

We hire selectively and in small numbers. Speculative applications are considered seriously, even when no role is advertised.

01

ERP functional consultant

You can run a workshop with operational staff, translate a process into configuration and arbitrate between standard and custom. Odoo experience welcome, ERP experience required.

02

Software engineer

You write code intended to be operated for years by other people. Python and JavaScript, relational databases, a culture of testing and operations.

03

Data & automation engineer

Cross-application flows, data migration and quality, integrating AI models into business processes with a requirement to measure.

04

Project / engagement manager

You can hold a schedule, a scope and a client relationship at the same time, and you know how to tell a client no when it is in their interest.

03—Process

How hiring works

  1. 1

A first thirty-minute conversation about your background and what you are looking for.

  2. 2

A technical interview on a real case from our engagements, with no artificial exercise.

  3. 3

A meeting with the team and an open discussion about pay and conditions.

  4. 4

A reasoned answer in every case, within a week of the final interview.

Speculative application

Write to recruitment@lytoria.com describing your background and a project where you held real responsibility.
