Camionet
Platform matching shippers with road haulage carriers.

Context.
Road freight in Morocco runs largely on direct relationships and phone calls. Shippers look for available capacity at short notice, carriers try to avoid empty return runs, and information travels poorly between the two. The cost of that inefficiency is measured in kilometres driven with no load.
The point of the project was not to build a directory, but a system able to carry an operation end to end: posting the requirement, matching, execution tracking from the field, and producing the supporting documents needed for invoicing.
Delivered scope.
- 01Posting and qualification of transport requirements on the shipper side
- 02Matching and allocation of operations to carriers
- 03Execution tracking with field reporting, usable on unstable connections
- 04Document traceability of operations and proof of delivery
The defining constraint was mobile use on degraded networks. The field application was therefore designed to work offline, with deferred synchronisation and conflict resolution, rather than assuming permanent connectivity. On the dispatch side, the interface favours information density over aesthetics: a dispatcher has to take in the state of every operation without navigating.
What it changed.
A structured matching channel, replacing informal phone-based exchanges
Operation traceability usable for invoicing and dispute handling
A foundation extensible towards profitability tracking by lane and by vehicle
