Booking of bespoke trips and experiences.

Context.
A bespoke travel agency sells advice as much as it sells services. Its problem is not presenting a catalogue but turning a vague enquiry — a destination, approximate dates, a budget — into a qualified file an adviser can handle efficiently.
With an international clientele, every enquiry arrived in a different language, through different channels, with widely varying levels of detail. Advisory time was largely consumed by re-qualifying incomplete enquiries.
Delivered scope.
- 01Editorial presentation of destinations and experiences offered
- 02Structured enquiry journey, qualifying the requirement before it reaches an adviser
- 03Management of inbound enquiries and tracking of open files
- 04Multilingual experience suited to an international clientele
Design effort went into the enquiry form, treated as a qualification tool rather than a simple contact field. By guiding the visitor through what the adviser genuinely needs — dates, group composition, service level, constraints — the file arrives ready to work. The editorial approach, for its part, sells the experience rather than the price, which is consistent with a bespoke positioning.
What it changed.
Qualified inbound enquiries, directly workable by advisers
A bespoke positioning held without head-on price comparison
A credible presence with a multilingual international clientele
Some information is deliberately omitted at the client's request.
