L'Atelier Rose
High-end bridal stylist: editorial presence and appointment booking.

Context.
In a high-end service business, the first encounter happens online and the decision is largely emotional. A poorly kept website disqualifies immediately, whatever the quality of the work — clients extrapolate from the site to the service.
The operational need was different from the brand need: reducing the time spent arranging appointments through back-and-forth messaging, which consumed significant working time without benefiting the client at all.
Delivered scope.
- 01Editorial direction and presentation of the work in high definition
- 02Online appointment booking, backed by real availability
- 03Qualification of the client's requirement ahead of the appointment
- 04Display performance optimisation for heavy visual content
The deliberate choice was to let the imagery carry the message, with an interface that recedes. The technical difficulty with a site of this kind is performance: high-quality visuals over a Moroccan mobile connection demand serious work on formats, sizing and lazy loading, without which the care taken over the images becomes counterproductive.
What it changed.
A first impression consistent with the level of the service
Appointments booked independently, with no prior exchange of messages
Appointments qualified in advance and better prepared on both sides
Some information is deliberately omitted at the client's request.
